DOWN Stream is providing financial assistance after the health events are over the bills come due.  MTF will work directly with clients needing assistance when the amounts are over $1,000 and we will work with Community Chest of Oldham County when the amounts are under $1,000.

This is what the board has done for 30 plus years and it will still be an important option of how we will spend our funds each year.
